We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They were particularly helpful with our infant's requirements. The location was perfect, close to Taksim square and within walking distance to all the entertainment options in the area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious rooms that had a kitchen, fridge, and everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find separate beds in each bedroom, which gave us extra privacy. we were satisfied with everything during our stay.

Despite not being in the heart of the tourist area, it was still convenient to reach all the major sights like the Blue Mosque in the Sultanhmet area. the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, with hot water available at all times. the service provided by the manager was kind and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. the hotel also had nice restaurants nearby and was close to public transport for easy exploration.

One major downside was that the hotel did not have an elevator, which was difficult since my room was located on one of the higher floors. the walk to and from the hotel was quite steep, which made it challenging to get around and explore the city.

The steep walk up to the hotel was challenging, especially with luggage, and the surrounding area could be a bit noisy, but it's worth it for the location and price. We also experienced some difficulty with the wifi, but the staff did their best to help us fix the issue.
